Title: Made In Hollywood Series: Red Carpet Romance Series Book 2 Genre: Adult Christian Romance Blurb:

When a pastor's son saves her life, can a prodigal daughter dare to believe in second chances? Noah Shaw is almost thirty and he still doesn't know what he wants to be when he grows up. Torn between running his business as a limo driver for Hollywood's elite, and feeling called to ministry, he prays for direction. But he never expects that direction to include finding a woman near-death on the front steps of his father's church. Hannah left her family and her faith when she moved to Hollywood looking for adventure. Instead of finding fame in the movies, she was lured into the life of an exotic dancer. Hopeless and ashamed, suicide seems like her only escape. Until the night Noah saves her life. The Shaw family welcomes her into their home and gives her a chance to start over. When the shadows of her former life threaten to expose her past, she must choose between running away or fighting for the new life she's built and the man she's grown to love. After reading the first book in the series--Mission Hollywood, I was looking forward to this second book. So I signed up to get an advanced reader copy because I couldn't wait to get into Noah's story. I loved seeing another side of him in book 2. In book 1, Noah was Lily's protective, older brother who loved teasing her. It was good to see different side to him which involved his struggles to make a decision about his future career. Even though he had his fear, and reservations, he was able to rely on the help of the Holy Spirit to guide him. I also loved Hannah's character in this book. I was able to connect with her and her struggles. It was a blessing to watch her grow from brokenness to total reliance and confidence in God. Her story was similar to that of the prodigal son in the Bible and it was encouraging to watch God draw her closer to him. I also loved reading about the special connection she had with Noah. There were so many cute moments and I loved the bond they shared. I was worried that Lily and Ben weren't going to feature as much in this book but I was glad to see how much of a big part they still played. The bond between Hannah and Lily was very special and I loved seeing the portrayal of sisterly love as well as an amazing family bond. I would recommend this book if you are looking for a heartwarming romantic story centered around God. I would also recommend reading the first book first because Made In Hollywood has a lot of spoilers for Mission Hollywood. I cannot wait for the third book in the series.
